REMUNERATION POLICY
The Peace SOS directors and the webmaster perform their work on a voluntary basis and do not receive any remuneration or attendance fees for their work. At the moment, their expenses, such as travel costs, are also not reimbursed. The chairman of Peace SOS currently works about 0.8 FTE unpaid for Peace SOS.
In order to further the mission of Peace SOS, we aim to hire employees in due course. In doing so, we ensure that maintaining the organization does not become an end in itself and that the mission of Peace SOS remains the guiding principle.
